Grand Pacific Health invites applications for an Aboriginal Identified Part time Health Worker based in Queanbeyan, 15 hours per week, fixed term to 30 June 2027. This role sits within the Queanbeyan AOD Hub to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

You will engage with communities, deliver health promotion, address access barriers, and coordinate warm referrals with the AOD team and external providers to maximise care outcomes.
