The ROWES Warehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Storeperson and Building Maintenance Assistant to join them in delivering Excellent Service, Always to their customers.
As a Storeperson, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, assisting in loading and unloading furniture from trucks with a team and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service when delivering furniture on a daily basis. As a building maintenance assistant, you’ll have strong attention to detail and high standards when cleaning common areas across 3 buildings on a schedule as well as directed.
To be successful you must:
- Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment as well as working autonomously
- Present professionally in order to liaise regularly with customers
What we require:
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
- To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
- Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
- Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading and unloading of trucks
- A strong commitment to WH&S; policies and procedures
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Flexibility across retail trading hours, mainly Monday-Friday.
- Current Drivers License preferred
