What You’ll Be Doing

- Diagnose, service and repair residential and commercial air conditioning systems.
- Carry out preventative maintenance and fault finding.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while representing our company professionally.

Installers

- Install split, ducted and VRF air conditioning systems.
- Work across residential homes, renovations, and light commercial projects.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Work closely with our team to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

Everyone

- Work alongside a supportive, experienced team.
- Mentor apprentices and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain high safety standards and quality workmanship.
- Continue learning new products,



technologies and installation methods.
- Have a positive attitude and solid work ethic.
- Want to build a long-term career rather than just another job.
- Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.
- Take pride in producing quality workmanship.
- Are reliable, motivated and eager to learn.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Can solve problems and think on their feet.
- Qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician or Installer.
- NSW Contractor or Supervisor Licence.
- Currently completing your 3rd or 4th year apprenticeship.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop.
