As the largest mushroom grower in New South Wales, we continue to innovate and expand our operations from our state-of-the-art facility in Londonderry, near Penrith.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Team Lead to join our Production team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic and growing business where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

About the Role

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a small production team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You will provide guidance and coaching to team members, coordinate workplace issues as they arise, identify training and development needs, and help maintain a positive and productive work environment.

You will also play an important role in upholding Regal Mushrooms' commitment to quality by ensuring compliance with food safety, Freshcare, and workplace health and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support a team of 4-6 employees on a daily basis.

Work within a rotating roster of 4 days on / 2 days off, including some weekends.

Day shift only - start time 6.30am - 7am.





Penalties paid when working on public holidays.

Monitor team performance and provide guidance to achieve production targets.

Identify and address training gaps and development opportunities.

Proactively resolve workplace issues and support conflict resolution.

Ensure all food safety, Freshcare, and quality standards are consistently followed.

Promote a safe working environment and adherence to workplace procedures.

Coordinate daily production activities to meet operational requirements.

Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production area.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience leading or supervising a small team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive, hands-on approach and the ability to motivate others.

Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Experience operating packing line equipment.

Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends.

A proactive attitude with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.
