Adaptive Aid Solutions is hiring multiple casual support workers based in Lake Macquarie who can work across Lake Macquarie, the Central Coast and Newcastle. You will mostly work 1:1 with teen and young adult and a few Mature NDIS participants, doing things like sport and movement, outings and building simple routines around sleep, food and hygiene.
You will mentor, listen and model valuable choices while supporting complex behaviours in a calm, steady way.
