Our client, based in the Brisbane area, is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Service Co‑ordinator to join their dynamic team. This is your prospect to work with a market leader in the workshop equipment sector.

This role supports technicians and plays a key part in delivering a high‑quality service experience for all customers.

Key responsibilities:

- Customer service – booking and scheduling repairs, servicing, breakdowns and installations for the workshop
- Provide advice and quotations to customers and communicating with external contractors
- Ensure technicians have all the resources needed ie parts and job details/information
- Branch paperwork – invoicing, purchasing, costing etc

We are ideally seeking a candidate who has exceptional customer service and communication skills,



with strong attention to detail who will be able to interpret customer needs and provide information back to the customer on repair costs/times etc.

This role is only open to candidates with full working rights in Australia. All details in relation to the organisation, etc will be provided to candidates AFTER application, if you have a suitable background.
