The Opportunity

Compliance Officer | Sydney | Part-time | Hybrid

We're seeking a Compliance Officer to join our collaborative Group Risk & Sustainability team. Reporting to the Chief Risk & Sustainability Officer, you'll be a key member of a small team with a unique chance to gain exposure across compliance, sustainability, reporting and governance.

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting & Data Management

- Collect, validate and consolidate data from multiple business units and systems.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Sustainability Support

- Assist with sustainability, ESG & environmental reporting activities.
- Collect, maintain and validate sustainability data and supporting evidence.
- Assist in preparing sustainability communications, presentations and reports.

Compliance & Governance Support

- Maintain compliance registers, policies, procedures and records.
- Support compliance monitoring and assurance activities.
- Assist with internal and external audits and information requests.





Project Coordination

- Support implementation of risk, compliance and sustainability projects.
- Track actions, milestones and deliverables.
- Prepare project documentation, reports and presentation materials.

About You

- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong data management and reporting capability.
- Experience in compliance, administration, governance, sustainability or risk-related roles (desirable)
