Family Lawyer position available with a leading family law firm in Gold Coast, QLD. The firm is innovative and progressive located with a culture that is focused on developing its employees and building strong relationships with clients. They have an established reputation as a leading Family Law Firm.

Family Law work:

- Divorce and separation
- Binding Financial agreements
- Complex property settlements
- Defacto and same-sex marriage
- Child support and parenting agreements
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years PAE of Family Law experience (ideally ranging across complex matters)

- Time management and organisational skills;




- Enjoy the challenge of working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Be comfortable and experienced in Attending Court, mediations and conferences
