Position Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for Graduates at our Brisbane office, where you'll have the unique opportunity to be immersed in a fast-paced environment where you'll gain exposure to real businesses, real challenges, and have a real impact.

From your first day, you'll be involved in a wide variety of engagements across industries and business types. You'll work both in the office and out in the field, assisting senior staff and learning directly from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

- Gain exposure to a range of informal and formal appointments, including business restructures, voluntary administrations, advisory engagements and liquidations;




- Assist with fieldworkto assess business operations, asset holdings, and financial status;
- Support the recovery and realisation of company assets, including site visits and working with agents and auctioneers;
- Shadow senior practitioners, learning from their broad experience across strategy, investigations, trading businesses, and stakeholder management;
- Review and analyse financial informationto identify key issues and opportunities;
- Prepare investigative reportsthat contribute to strategic decision-making;
- Assist with statutory reporting, including to the Corporate Regulator, ASIC;
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including financiers, legal advisors, agents and auctioneers;
- Support investigationsinto company affairs, financial history, and director conduct; and
- Communicate with directors, creditors, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

Job requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce (Accounting Major) or similar studies;
- Strong ethical standards;
- A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in financial problem-solving;
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships through strong interpersonal skills;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders, often during difficult situations; and
- Proven time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
