About the Role

As an Investment Analyst, you will play an important role in supporting the analysis, monitoring and reporting of Fiducian's investment portfolios and external investment managers. Working closely with the Investment Manager, you will assist with portfolio performance analysis, investment reporting and stakeholder support, while gaining valuable exposure to a broad range of investment strategies, asset classes and financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse portfolio performance, market data and asset allocation while preparing investment reports and supporting Board and Committee reporting.
- Develop and maintain investment reporting tools and spreadsheets, ensuring accurate data management and meaningful investment insights.
- Support the assessment and ongoing monitoring of investment managers, respond to adviser enquiries,



and provide investment information to key internal stakeholders.
- Build effective relationships with fund managers and service providers while contributing to investment presentations, projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Qualifications and Competencies

- Minimum two years' experience in investment analysis, funds management or a similar role within the financial services industry, supported by tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline.
- Solid analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
- Sound understanding of investment markets, portfolio performance and financial products, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to a range of stakeholders.
- A collaborative, proactive approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience with VBA or other programming languages will be highly regarded.
