About the Role

Working closely with our sales and construction teams, clients, and design colleagues, you'll transform project briefs into innovative play and recreation concepts that balance creativity, functionality and commercial outcomes.

From local parks and schools through to landmark community developments, every project presents a new opportunity to create something unique.

This is a hands‑on design role where you'll take ownership of projects from concept through to presentation and helping maintain the high design standards Proludic is known for.

What You'll Be Doing

- Designing engaging playgrounds and sports areas using CAD and presentation software.
- Creating innovative concepts tailored to each site's character and community.
- Preparing accurate project costings and ensuring design documentation is precise.
- Working collaboratively with our sales and construction team, clients and bid writers to develop winning proposals.
- Reviewing and providing constructive feedback on design work across the team.




- Researching industry trends and competitor projects to keep our designs at the forefront of the market.
- Managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality.
- Contributing to continuous improvement within the design team.
- Maintaining accurate project management information and assisting with workflow planning when required.

About You

- You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems creatively while remaining organised and commercially focused.
- Ideally, you'll bring: Experience in landscape, playground, industrial, architectural or similar design.
- Knowledge and understanding of the relevant Australian Playground and Sports Standards including but not limited to: AS 4685 Playground Equipment and Surfacing and AS 422 Playground Surfacing Specifications, requirements and test methods.
- Strong CAD and presentation skills.
- A creative eye with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients and internal teams.
- A collaborative attitude with a willingness to support others.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems would be advantageous but not essential.
