Service Scheduler– Fast Paced | Hybrid Work | Blacktown to $90K + Super + Bonus

Our client, a global leader in specialty industrial solutions with a solid focus on oil‑free, high‑pressure and energy‑efficient technologies, is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join their Head Office team in the Western Suburbs. This role will provide vital support to the national scheduling team during a period of high activity and continued centralisation.

This is a fast‑moving scheduling environment where strong communication, organisation and adaptability are essential. It suits someone who enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, supporting technicians and customers, and staying steady and solutions‑focused as priorities shift throughout the day. You'll work closely with a collaborative national planning team, assisting across regions as needed to keep service operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Schedule and coordinate service work across multiple regions as required.
- Manage daily changes and evolving priorities with professionalism and calmness.
- Communicate proactively with technicians, customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor WIP, backlog and job progress to support strong service delivery outcomes.
- Use established systems, processes and planning tools to maintain accuracy and workflow consistency.
- Identify issues early, think ahead and elevate or resolve problems before they impact customers.
- Support the wider national planning team during peak periods or when workloads are heavy.
- Contribute to a positive,



collaborative team culture as the centralised team continues to settle and grow.

Requirements

- Experience in Scheduling, Service Coordination or Service Planning within a busy operational environment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with technicians, customers and multiple internal teams.
- Ability to stay composed and organised as priorities shift throughout the day.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Comfortable using planning tools, spreadsheets and scheduling systems (SAP desirable but not essential).
- Background in service industries such as industrial equipment, HVAC, energy, utilities, fleet or distribution is highly regarded.
- A proactive mindset with resilience, problem‑solving ability and the confidence to think outside the box.
- Professionalism, accountability and a genuine desire to contribute to a high‑performing team.
- Minimum 1-2 years of scheduling or service coordination experience in a busy operational environment.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

Ability to commence the role within 1 month of job offer.

This full-time role is based in Blacktown with hybrid flexibility (up to two days from home once trained), offering up to $90K + super Pro Rata, You'll join a supportive, people‑first national planning team with strong systems, clear processes and transparent results.
