Role Description

We seek an outstanding sales agent to drive sales and provide exceptional experiences for clients.

General functions of the role include:

- Prospecting current buyers and lead nurturing to manage sales activity
- Updating CRM & online listings to accurately reflect property information
- Generating enquiry reports to track leads and quality of marketing
- Assisting with the negotiation and exchange closing of sales contracts
- Work directly with a fully integrated , self financed developer with an enviable project pipeline
- Utilise a full size, on site display suite with the latest sales technology to achieve results
- Access to ongoing training
- Base Salary plus sales bonus structure
