We’re looking for a Management Accountantto join ourteam in Sydney, and based in one of our hotels - Sydney Central Hotel. This role will report to the Financial Controller - NSW and work closely with other departments.This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact and be part of a team that truly values its people.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Preparing and analysing monthly financial reports, including P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance analysis

Ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data through reconciliations, journal reviews, and compliance with policies and standards

Supporting budgeting, forecasting,



and financial planning processes in partnership with operational teams

Managing cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities to ensure operational liquidity

Driving financial insights and operational support, including cost control initiatives, audit support, and process improvements

To be successful in this role you must have:

Proven experience in financial reporting, accounting, and analysis within a commercial environment (hospitality experience advantageous)

Robust understanding of compliance, internal controls, auditing processes, and relevant financial regulations

High attention to detail with the ability to manage reconciliations, reporting accuracy, and large data sets

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable financial insights

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across finance and operational teams
