Alpha Finance is a specialist direct-to-consumer car finance and lease business, part of the Gubecka Group. We're excited to be entering the next phase of our growth and looking to establish our brokerage as part of our Group. We have a simple mission: meet each customer at their actual situation and match them to the right product, brand and terms for where they are today, so they can get moving tomorrow. We believe brokerage can be done differently and are using automation to drive efficiency and find the best outcomes for our customers.
About the role
You'll be our first broker hire, managing the full lending journey for our customers, from understanding their circumstances through to settlement. You'll have autonomy and the chance to be hands-on in building the brokerage.
Responsibilities
Match customers to the right finance solution based on their actual circumstances, not just what's easiest to approve
Manage applications end to end through to settlement
Build and maintain lender relationships through proactive,
honest communication
Keep on top of responsible lending, compliance and documentation requirements
Identify opportunity in processes to make your day-to-day easier as well as the journey and experience for our customers better
About you
Current Certificate IV (mandatory)
Experience across consumer, automotive, commercial, equipment or asset finance
Comfortable in a lean, automation-led environment; commercially minded
A hungry salesperson at heart, but never at the expense of doing right by the customer or the business
Sound judgement, you know when to push a deal through and when to pump the brakes
