The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Estimator / Sales Support professional to join the Queensland team.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in estimating, project coordination and commercial sales support. Working alongside an experienced estimating team and sales professionals, you will assist with preparing project pricing, coordinating tender submissions and producing high-quality client documentation for commercial workplace projects.

As your skills develop, you'll take on increasing responsibility for project estimating and play an integral role in delivering competitive and accurate submissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with preparing project estimates from drawings, specifications and product selections

- Support the preparation of bills of quantities (BOQs), schedules and pricing documentation

- Coordinate pricing information with suppliers and internal stakeholders

- Assist in the preparation of tenders, proposals and client presentations

- Produce professional submission documents and project documentation

- Provide administrative and project support to the Estimating and Sales teams





- Assist with project handovers to delivery and operations teams

- Maintain accurate project records and documentation

- Contribute ideas to improve processes and team efficiencies

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in estimating, sales support, project administration or a similar role

- Solid organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail

- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced professionals

- Commercial awareness and an interest in project delivery and pricing

- Confidence working collaboratively with sales, operations and leadership teams

Technical Skills

- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience with Adobe InDesign or similar software is advantageous

- Experience within commercial furniture, interiors, construction, joinery or design industries will be highly regarded but is not essential

- An interest in emerging technology and digital tools is viewed favourably
