Anglicare North Queensland is seeking a Residential Youth Worker to provide day-to-day support, supervision and engagement for young people aged 16–25 living in our 24/7 crisis youth accommodation services (St Margarets and St Johns). You will help residents develop independent living skills, routines and progress toward case plan goals.
This role requires solid communication, risk awareness and the ability to collaborate with family, community services and health teams.
