We are seeking a passionate Home Outings and Engagement Manager to lead resident engagement, outings, community partnerships and transport operations across our growing network of neighbourhoods.

Reporting to the Head of Care and Experience, you will partner with Neighbourhood Managers to create consistent, resident‑led experiences that reflect each person's interests, life story and goals. You'll lead engagement teams and drivers, develop innovative programs, oversee fleet operations, and drive continuous improvement through strong systems, quality assurance and data‑driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead engagement, outings and community connection programs across all Videri neighbourhoods.

- Partner with Neighbourhood Managers to deliver consistent, resident‑centred experiences aligned with individual goals, interests and Flourishing Plans.

- Coach, mentor and develop engagement teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Develop and maintain engagement frameworks, playbooks, quality systems and reporting processes.

- Oversee driver, fleet and transport operations, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient services.

- Build and strengthen community partnerships,



volunteer programmes and resident participation opportunities.

- Monitor engagement outcomes, analyse performance data and drive ongoing improvements to resident wellbeing and quality of life.

- Champion Videri's philosophy of Doing Dementia Differently, promoting independence, purpose and meaningful everyday experiences.

About You

You will bring:

- Experience leading multi‑site operational teams.

- Strong logistics, planning and people leadership skills.

- Experience developing frameworks, systems or playbooks.

- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and coaching capability.

- A passion for person‑centred care and community connection.

Desirable

- Experience in aged care, disability, health or community services.

- Understanding of dementia care and contemporary service models.

Requirements

- Australian working rights.

- Current Driver's Licence.

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain).

- Willingness to travel across Videri sites.
