We are looking for an experienced, high-caliber Automotive Window Tinter to join our network as a dedicated subcontractor.
This is a unique opportunity for a skilled tinter who wants consistent, high-volume work without the stress of chasing clients, quoting, marketing, or workshop overheads. You will be working primarily on new vehicles in skilled dealership environments with a steady pipeline of work waiting for you every week.
The Opportunity
- $100,000–$150,000+ earning potential (Paid on a highly competitive, flat per-car rate).
- Consistent high volume: 25–35 cars per week currently moving through our network.
- Premium environments: Clean dealership bays working on mostly brand-current vehicles.
- Zero admin: No quoting, no customer complaints, no chasing invoices. Just turn up, tint, and get paid.

What we are looking for
- Minimum 2–3+ years of professional automotive window tinting experience (dealership experience highly regarded).
- An absolute eye for detail—we deliver only high quality installs
- Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation (you will be representing our brand on-site at dealerships).
- Must have your own high-quality tools and reliable transport.
- Must have a valid ABN and Active Public Liability Insurance.
