The position

- Operating with the guidance of our highly successful Elite Sales Team, a Sales Associate is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Enquiry management: fielding and responding to enquiries via email, phone and sms
- Conduct open homes and private buyer appointments
- Prospecting activities to generate leads: calls, door knocking, and developing relationships
- Diary management: organise and facilitate appointments, meetings and inspections
- Negotiation: manage offers, liaise with purchasers and vendors
- Reporting: collate and distribute various reports as needed

the ideal Sales Associate is an individual who:

- Holds a current Driver’s licence and owns a reliable car
