Van Cleef & Arpels Sydney is seeking a Boutique Operations Manager to elevate all aspects of store operations in line with Richemont guidelines. You will lead administration, inventory, logistics and team performance while maintaining brand standards and a secure, seamless luxury experience.
You will recruit, onboard and develop the BOH team, plan staffing, coordinate with Marketing, Security and IT, and ensure daily financials and reporting are accurate.
