Sales Campaign Coordinator / PA to Lead Agent

First National Real Estate Mackay, Sarina & Nebo is a locally owned real estate business servicing Mackay, Sarina, Nebo and surrounding areas.

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-focused Sales Campaign Coordinator / PA to work alongside one of Mackay Regions top performing agents Mel Pollock, and her growing sales team. This is not a basic reception role. It is a fast-paced, high-responsibility and highly rewarding support role for someone who loves structure, communication, deadlines and getting things done properly.

The Role

Working alongside a driven and successful team, you will play an integral role in managing property campaigns from listing through to settlement, ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience and every campaign is executed to the highest stand.

YourResponsibilities Include:

- Coordinating listing preparation and launch tasks, including photography, video, floorplans, copy, signboards, brochures, portal uploads, listing checks, price changes and marketing updates.
- Preparing open home schedules, confirming inspections, managing access, keys, signs and run sheets, and helping ensure buyers, sellers and the team are all kept informed.
- Assisting with weekly vendor updates by collating buyer feedback, enquiry activity and inspection numbers, and prompting the team to complete reports and strategy comments on time.




- Helping track key contract dates and settlement milestones, including finance, building and pest, solicitor updates, file notes, compliance tasks, settlement gifts and post-settlement follow-up.
- Managing Mel’s diary, supporting associates with scheduling, preparing team action lists, assigning tasks to offshore admin support, and keeping CRM and campaign information up to date.

About You

You will be someone who:

- Highly reliable with strong sense of ownership and accountability for their work
- Has a valuable sense of humour and knows how to have fun
- Real estate experience is strongly preferred, especially in one of these roles:
- Real Estate Sales Agent, looking to pivot away from direct sales role
- Real estate receptionist ready to step up
- Property management assistant with strong admin skills
- Contract or conveyancing administration




- Marketing/campaign administration in a property environment
- Experience with real estate systems, CRM platforms, REA/Domain portals, contracts, Form 6s, marketing bookings or settlement administration would be highly regarded.
- A Queensland real estate certificate or registration is desirable, but not essential if you have the right attitude and are willing to learn.
