Speech Pathologist | Strong Support + Realistic Caseloads | Eastwood

What’s on offer:

- $80,000 – $105,000 + Super (with $5000 increase for Saturday work)
- Mixed caseload: approx. 70% paediatrics / 30% adults (paeds-focused option available)
- Hybrid working: clinic + community

About the Role:

You’ll be working across a varied but manageable caseload, primarily paediatrics, with the flexibility to reduce or remove adult clients if preferred. The work is therapy-focused, with minimal emphasis on heavy report writing.

You’ll support clients with:

- Speech, language and communication needs
- Emotional regulation and social communication
- Referrals come through a mix of NDIS, Medicare, iCare, Workers Comp and aged care, giving you excellent exposure without overwhelming complexity.

Support Available:

- Structured 3-month ramp-up for new starters




- Clear onboarding plan with ongoing check-ins
- Dedicated admin team + diary support to get you started
- Team Leader support (Grade 1–3 structure in place)
- Weekly and ad hoc supervision when needed

You’ll initially receive support with diary management, before transitioning to managing your own schedule with autonomy.
