Being Physio' is looking for an experienced and passionate Physiotherapist 1 FTE and 1 PTE to join our dynamic team in Caddens Clinic. As our Physiotherapist - Clinic and Community, you will have the opportunity to support patients in our clinic-based practice as well as through our community-based caseloads.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments, treatments, and interventions to patients in both our clinic and community settings
Collaborate with medical professionals, allied health practitioners, and patients to develop and implement personalised rehabilitation plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Maintain detailed clinical records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
Contribute to the development and delivery of our community-based rehabilitation programs
Participate in team meetings and continuous professional development activities
What We're Looking For
Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration
Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Physiotherapist, with exposure to both clinic-based and/ community-based role.
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills,
with the ability to develop and implement tailored treatment plans
MUST have a driving licence and own car.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams
Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care
Familiarity with relevant physiotherapy and rehabilitation software and technologies
