Warehouse Store Person / Spare Parts Interpreter

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Warehouse, Store Person/ Spare Parts Interpreter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of warehouse operations, including order picking and packing, stock control, forklift operation, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Success in this role depends on your ability to work independently and take initiative. Key responsibilities include:

- Checking and receipting purchase orders using Business Central (BC)
- Picking and issuing parts for customer orders and service technicians
- Process internal stock transfers between interstate branches, warehouses, and service vans
- Ensure freight bookings are completed accurately and within required timeframes
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve any freight-related issues or delays
- Maintain accurate freight documentation and records




- Managing inventory and conducting regular stocktakes to ensure accuracy
- Preparing air conditioning units for dispatch using a gantry crane and appropriate tools
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders and reporting any issues promptly
- Operate a flatbed laser cutting machine to accurately prepare and cut window film orders
- Answer customer enquiries and process spare parts orders via phone and email using BC

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

- Valid forklift licence
- Can do attitude, Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience with Business Central will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – particularly Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and excellent time management
- Staying on task, thinking ahead, and planning effectively are essential skills for this role
- Previous experience with Business Central or a similar inventory system (preferred)
