Central Apartment Group is seeking a hands-on maintenance all-rounder for our Mackay property. You’ll perform general repairs across guest rooms, common areas and the building, with painting, plastering and basic carpentry.
You’ll also run a preventative maintenance schedule and carry out regular inspections to keep the property in top condition. Work pattern is casual, minimum 20 hours per week with flexibility and an autonomous role on site.
