Inner Flow AC Pty Ltd is a Sydney-based mechanical services contractor specialising in commercial HVAC and mechanical services installations across large-scale construction projects. We deliver high-quality mechanical solutions including ductwork, chilled water and mechanical pipework, ventilation systems, plant installation and commissioning for commercial developments throughout Sydney.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Airconditioning and Mechanical Services Plumber to join our expanding team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for installing, modifying, testing and commissioning mechanical services pipework and air conditioning systems on commercial construction projects while ensuring all work complies with Australian Standards,



project specifications and WHS requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Install mechanical services pipework, chilled water and condenser water systems.
- Install refrigerant pipework and associated air conditioning services.
- Install HVAC plant including FCUs, AHUs, package units and associated mechanical equipment.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Pressure test, commission and fault-check mechanical services installations.
- Coordinate work with builders, subcontractors and other trades.
- Ensure all work complies with WHS requirements and Australian Standards.
- Maintain accurate records of completed works and project progress.

Skills & Experience

Applicants should demonstrate:

- Relevant trade qualification or equivalent industry work experience
- Experience installing commercial HVAC mechanical systems prefered
- Ability to interpret construction drawings.
- Solid understanding of WHS requirements.
- White Card.
- Current Driver Licence preferred.
