As ourWHS Business Partner,you'llwork closely with hospital leaders and frontline teams to strengthen our safety culture, supportcomplianceand help create an environment where our people can thrive while delivering exceptional care.

This is apart-time permanent role (22.8 hours per week across three days), offering flexibility while allowing you to make a genuine impact within a respected not-for-profit health service.

The opportunity

You’llpartner with the War Memorial Hospital Executive,



operational leaders,Healthand Safety Representatives and the broader Uniting WHS team to embed practical,proactiveand sustainable safety practices across the hospital.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. One day you may be leading an incident investigation or supporting an audit, the nextyou'recoaching leaders on risk management, planning emergency preparednessactivitiesoridentifyingopportunities to improve systems and processes.

Working independently while collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders,you’llplayan important rolein fostering ourKeep U Safe to Thrivesafety culture.

Whatyou'llbe doing

You'll:

- Partner with leaders to embed secure work practices and legislative compliance.
- Provide practical WHS advice,coachingand guidance across hospital operations.
