One Group Labour Hire is seeking reliable and physically fit Insulation Installers to join a growing team working across the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Sydney.

Previous insulation installation experience is not essential. If you're motivated, learn quickly, enjoy physical work, and aren't afraid of getting into roof spaces, we'd love to hear from you.

- $39.00 per hour casual
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday

About the Role

As an Insulation Installer, you'll be responsible for installing insulation in roof spaces, walls, and ceilings across a variety of residential and commercial projects. The role involves working in confined spaces, using hand and power tools, measuring and cutting materials accurately, and following safe work procedures.



You'll travel to sites throughout the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Sydney, with work commencing from the Central Coast each day.

To Be Successful You Will Have

- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Working at Heights ticket, or be willing to obtain one
- Excellent physical fitness and the ability to perform manual work all day
- Comfortable working in roof spaces and other confined areas
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Good understanding of measurements and the ability to accurately measure and cut materials
- A positive attitude with the ability to learn quickly
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work as part of a team

Highly Regarded

- Previous experience in construction, roofing, insulation, or general labouring
- Experience using power tools
- Construction industry experience
