Whether you are a seasoned industry expert looking for a senior role with a long-term pathway into leadership, or a hungry, motivated individual with a rural background looking to be trained from the ground up as a cadet—we want to hear from you.

The Role

As a Machinery Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our dealership, managing relationships with farmers, contractors, and commercial operators.

- Drive Revenue: Manage the end-to-end sales process for premium new and used machinery packages.

- On-Farm Engagement: Conduct equipment demonstrations, evaluate trade-ins, and specify the right attachments for your clients' operational needs.





- Relationship Management: Actively prospect for recent business while maintaining our highly loyal existing customer database.

- Dealership Success: Work closely with our service and parts teams to ensure seamless delivery and a premium customer handover experience.

What We Are Looking For (Two Pathways Available)

Pathway A: The Experienced Professional

- A proven track record in agricultural, earthmoving, or commercial vehicle sales.

- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of margins, trade-in valuations, and finance options.

- The Upside: For a high-performer, this role carries a structured succession pathway to step into a Sales Manager and eventual General Manager seat down the line.

Pathway B: The Hungry Trainee / Cadet

- No direct machinery sales experience required—we will provide comprehensive, hands-on training.

- A strong connection to the land, farming, or mechanical/heavy equipment sectors.

- An energetic work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn the business from the ground up.
