Zip Co Limited is seeking an Associate Director, Second Line Controls in Sydney to enhance the controls assurance program across ANZ. You will lead second line testing, act as a controls SME, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive governance and risk-aware growth.

You will guide strategic initiatives, mentor staff, and help embed a proactive risk culture while enabling rapid business decision making within solid governance and control practices.
