About the Role
We are currently recruiting Casual Community Access Support Workers to support adult male participants living with a range of Mental health conditions and disabilities, including:
- Schizophrenia and psychosocial disabilities
- Intellectual impairment
- Behaviour support needs
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Emotional regulation and social participation challenges
Supports are delivered within the community and focus on promoting independence, reducing social isolation, building confidence,
attending appointments, and supporting participants to achieve their NDIS goals.

Setting: Community Access Supports (CAS)
Roster & Hours
- Versatile casual shifts available Monday to Sunday.
- Shift times generally fall between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
- - 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM, or
- 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
- Additional shifts may become available based on participant needs and service growth.

- Building trust through consistency, reliability, and respectful communication.
