Trojan Recruitment Group is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to join a leading manufacturing business. This is a casual temp-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate, offering career development within a supportive team environment.
The role is initially based in Minto and will relocate to Moorebank in the near future, so candidates must be willing to work to relocate.
Shift Times
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am - 4:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination
- Site is in Minto - please be prepared
- Coordinate stock transfers, shipments, and interstate deliveries
- Manage transport bookings and shipping schedules
- Liaise with production, warehouse, and sales teams regarding stock availability
- Monitor DIFOT performance and maintain shipment registers
- Coordinate export shipments and freight forwarders
- Process credits, RMAs, and stock requirements
- Support logistics projects and operational improvements
- Maintain accurate reporting through ERP systems and Excel
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within logistics, transport, supply chain, or allocation roles
- ERP/SAP system experience highly regarded
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask within a quick-paced environment
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience advantageous
- Intermediate Excel skills preferred
