Marsh seeks a senior Internal Communications Leader for the Pacific, based in Melbourne. This hybrid role requires at least three days in the office weekly and leads a small team to implement colleague communications across AU, NZ, Fiji and PNG.

You will advise senior leaders, embed global standards, and shape events, leader toolkits and engagement metrics to drive regional priorities and cross-border collaboration.
