Change Manager // AI Capability & Organisational Development // Contract

- Contract until May 2027, with potential for further extension

Talent International has partnered with one of Australia's leading organisations to recruit a Change Manager to support a high-profile enterprise-wide initiative focused on AI capability uplift, organisational development and workforce readiness.

This is not a technical AI implementation role. Instead, you'll lead the delivery of programs that build organisational capability, embed responsible AI practices and prepare the workforce to confidently adopt emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead projects focused on AI capability uplift, organisational readiness and workforce development
- Develop evidence-based business cases supporting responsible AI adoption and capability investment
- Coordinate learning, capability, organisational development and change initiatives across multiple business areas
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies
- Prepare executive reports,



briefings and governance papers
- Engage and collaborate with business leaders, learning specialists, technology teams and senior stakeholders

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 5 years' project management experience delivering complex, multi-stream initiatives
- Experience leading organisational development, capability uplift, learning or workforce transformation programs
- Solid understanding of change management, organisational readiness and employee adoption
- Exposure to AI, digital capability uplift, learning strategies or emerging technology adoption programs
- The ability to translate ambiguity into practical delivery plans and compelling business cases
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with experience working alongside senior leadership
