Minor Hotels’ Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - MICE to grow corporate and group business in the Hunter Valley. You will identify recent opportunities, manage key accounts, and lead end-to-end proposals and contract negotiations for conferences, meetings and events.
You’ll collaborate with Events, Front Office, Reservations and Revenue teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences while expanding the resort’s presence in the corporate and MICE
