The Role

This is a hands-on warehouse role where no two days are exactly the same. As our Receiving Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for all incoming stock — making sure everything that comes in is counted, verified, and put away correctly so the rest of the team can do their jobs smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

- Receiving and checking incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation
- Unloading trucks and containers safely and efficiently
- Processing received stock into our Warehouse Management System (WMS) using scanners
- Putting stock away in the correct locations and keeping the warehouse neat and logical
- Replenishing pick locations from bulk storage to keep orders flowing
- Helping with cycle counts, stocktakes, and flagging any inventory discrepancies




- Jumping in to pick and pack orders when the team needs an extra set of hands
- Operating pallet jacks, hand trolleys, and other manual handling equipment
- Forklift (LF) licence holders — you'll be operating high-reach forklifts for putaway and replenishment; no licence? No worries — we'll support you in getting certified on the job

What We're Looking For

- Physically capable — comfortable lifting up to 20kg and on your feet for most of the shift
- Detail-oriented — you notice when something doesn't add up and you do something about it
- Reliable and punctual — the team counts on you to show up ready to go
- A good communicator who can work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy and comfortable using handheld scanners
- Previous warehouse experience is a bonus, but not essential — we'll train the right person
