The Role:
Cass Brothers requires a Full Time Online Sales & Customer Serviceperson to complement our existing team. Based at our Petersham location and we are minutes from bus and train stations.
Working days Tuesday to Saturday.
Job Description:
Join our energetic team as a Full-Time Sales & Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will:
- Engage with customers through phone, email, and live chat, providing top-notch sales and service support.
- Process and verify customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize your sales skills to offer alternative solutions and upsell products where appropriate.
- Take proactive steps to maintain high service standards, including initiating corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, including warehouse, technical support, sales, and management, to ensure seamless operations.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships across all internal departments to enhance teamwork and productivity.
Candidates Requirements:
- A strong focus on customer service and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Preferably experienced in processing sales orders. (Not essential)
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude, ready to tackle challenges with enthusiasm.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for clear and effective customer interactions.
- Strong time management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
