About the Role

As a Trainee, you will:

- Provide support and companionship to clients who live independently but need occasional assistance at home
- Help with light daily tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, tidying, and grocery shopping




- Assist with transport to appointments, errands, or community activities to help clients stay socially connected and active
- Offer friendly conversation and emotional support, building trusting relationships that enhance clients’ wellbeing
- Work under the guidance of experienced mentors and a supportive team

Requirements

- Valid driver’s licence & vehicle insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Police clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Australian permanent residency

- Previous experience working with people (formal or informal) is highly regarded
- Reliable, patient, and eager to learn
