Day to day you will

- Resolve complex, escalated air and GDS issues that Level 1 support can't crack
- Work fluently across Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport and TPConnects
- Review and lift the quality of resolutions delivered by offshore providers and AI agents
- Build consultant capability through our knowledge content and self‑service tools
- Spot patterns in escalations and flag to fix the root cause

You'll be perfect if you

- You're an airfare nerd. Genuinely. You enjoy the technical detail others avoid
- Multi‑GDS classic experience is a big advantage
- You investigate before you guess. You want the right answer, not the fast one
- You care about the outcome for FCTG and the customer, not just closing the case
- You can explain a complex fix simply enough that someone else learns from it
- You thrive on solving problems and delivering standout service
