About the Role

Working on a 2:1 roster, you'll play a key role in safely and efficiently delivering concrete on-site while upholding our safety standards and operational excellence.

Your duties will include:

- Operating concrete boom pumps safely and efficiently, delivering concrete to designated heights and locations across construction sites
- Conducting pre-start inspections and routine maintenance to keep pumps performing at their best
- Working closely with site managers and construction teams to coordinate timely, efficient concrete delivery
- Following all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure work workplace
- Supporting continuous improvement in concrete pumping operations

About You





Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years' concrete pumping experience (large-scale civil/mining project experience preferred)
- FIFO/remote project experience preferred
- Current PB High Risk Work Licence
- Current driver's licence (HR preferred)
- White Card
- Relevant VOC or Pump Operator competency
- Working at Heights ticket (preferred)

Experience with the following is an advantage:

- 33m Z-fold boom pump
- 20m Bi-fold boom pump
- Line pump
