Our Eastgardens Branch, Bondi Branch, Warringah Mall Branch is seeking Full- Time/ Part‑Time/ Casual Customer Service Specialist & Teller (2–5 working days per week) to join our team.

Qualifications & Experience

- Positive, professional, and customer‑focused attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Responsible, reliable, and accountable




- Robust ability to work both independently and within a team
- Availability for 2–5 working days per week

Key Responsibilities

- Process and file customer documents
- Complete customer requests and assist with account reconciliation
- Support daily branch operations and administrative tasks
- Perform daily transaction data entry and bank reconciliation
