FRONT Financial is a Sydney-based financial services firm operating in private lending. We're sharp-minded, performance-based and tech-driven — and as our credit book grows, we're building out the credit function. This is a chance to step into a senior technical role early and help shape how credit runs.
You'll be the senior technical voice inside the credit lane — the person analysts come to when a deal gets complicated. You'll run credit assessment on your own file list, take on the complex commercial and structured deals yourself, and keep the quality bar high across the team.
What you'll do:
- Run credit assessment on assigned consumer and commercial deals
- Handle serviceability and financial analysis, and due diligence on financials, security and serviceability
- Assess risk against lender and internal credit policy
- Manage valuations and instructions, and verify supporting documentation
- Personally assess complex commercial and structured deals
- Sign off standard deals from Credit Analysts where required
- Act as the senior escalation point for technical credit questions
- Select lenders on complex deals
- Drive credit process improvement — LMS management, workflow discipline and a feedback loop to the CSO
Who we're after:
- Strong credit background across consumer and commercial lending
- Confident assessing complex and structured deals independently
- Comfortable being the technical escalation point for a team
- Sharp on serviceability, security and policy
- Genuinely fluent with AI tools and up-to-date systems — this matters to us
- Someone who wants to build, not just process a queue
What you get:
- A senior seat in a growing credit function with real ownership from day one
- A fast and transparent culture
- Sydney CBD office, full-time permanent
- An additional wellbeing day each quarter
