Branch Operations Coordinator – Administration, Service & Production

The Branch Operations Coordinator – Administration, Service & Production is responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient running of the NSW branch across office administration, production, service and repair workflow, parts and inventory coordination, rental administration and branch operational reporting.

The role works closely with branch leadership, service technicians, warehouse/parts teams, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure jobs are processed accurately, stock movements are recorded correctly, customer requests are actioned promptly and branch records and reporting remain current and reliable.

This position is broader than a traditional administration role and plays an important part in connecting the operational flow between production, service and customer support functions.

What you’ll do

- Support day-to-day branch administration
- Coordinate service, repairs and warranty job administration
- Assist with inventory,



parts and stock movement records
- Manage rental administration and customer communication
- Process branch transactions and maintain accurate records
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reporting
- Support coordination between office, warehouse and service functions

What we’re looking for

- Experience in administration, operations support or service coordination
- Robust organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional and customer-focused approach
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
- ERP or business system experience (JIM2, MYOB, Xero or similar) is highly regarded
- A practical, proactive attitude and ability to work across a busy branch environment
