yd. National Visual Merchandising Coordinator (MAT Leave Cover)

We're looking for an energetic, commercially minded National Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

Working closely with the Head of Visual Merchandising, you'll play a key role in bringing our seasonal campaigns to life across our national store network. From new store openings and campaign launches to VM communications and store styling, you'll ensure every yd. store delivers a premium customer experience.

What you'll be doing

- Execute national VM campaigns across all store formats
- Create engaging VM guides, briefs and training resources
- Merchandise current season collections and campaign photography
- Support new store openings, refits and relocations
- Analyse sales performance to identify VM opportunities
- Partner with Retail, Marketing, Planning and Property teams
- Travel interstate to support stores and VM teams when required
- Maintain brand consistency across every customer touchpoint




- Support development of VM standards and best practice

What we're looking for

- Previous Visual Merchandising experience within fashion retail
- Strong styling and commercial merchandising skills
- Excellent Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to create professional VM presentations and communications
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced setting
- Passion for fashion, retail and creating inspiring customer experiences
