Senior Business Analyst | Reporting & Enterprise Transformation

Senior Business Analyst | Reporting & Business Process We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a large enterprise transformation programme, partnering with stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations.
This role has a strong focus on understanding business processes, gathering requirements and working with stakeholders to define reporting, analytics and KPI requirements that support better business decisions.
What you'll be doing

- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations.
- Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Gather reporting requirements, define KPIs and work with technical teams to deliver dashboards and management reporting solutions.
- Analyse existing reports and identify opportunities to improve reporting capability and business insight.
- Map current and future state business processes.
- Work closely with Product Owners, delivery teams and solution architects throughout project delivery.
- Support solution design, testing, implementation and business readiness.
- Drive continuous business process improvement across enterprise systems.

You’ll be an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and translating business needs into practical solutions.

You'll bring experience in:

- Business Analysis within enterprise environments in Retail
- Gathering reporting and analytics requirements.
- Working with business stakeholders to define KPIs, dashboards and management reporting.
- Business process mapping and process improvement.
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
- Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain or Operations projects.

Nice to Have

- SQL
- Power BI, Qlik, Tableau or similar BI tools
- SAP or other ERP platforms
- Agile delivery experience
