Administration Officer (Mental Health Team)

South West Hospital and Health Service has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs team at Roma, Western Queensland.

Please note - the successful applicant must be located in Roma to fulfil the requirements of the position.

Your opportunity

The Administration Officer (Mental Health Team), Roma Western Qld, is responsible for providing high standard administrative support and performing a range of administrative duties that contribute to the efficient and effective operations of the Mental Health Team in their facility at Hawthorne Street, Roma (offsite to the Roma Hospital campus).

This position will perform a defined range of general and area specific administrative tasks and activities to support the operations of the Mental Health Team including, but not limited to, reception duties, managing correspondence, supporting with staff onboarding, staff travel and accommodation arrangements, fleet management, facility security and maintenance requests, appointment scheduling, agenda preparation and minute-taking, processing invoices, ordering of stationary and supplies and other related tasks as needed.
