Climbing Ladders Early Learning & Montessori Centre currently operates four Centres, due to our continued growth we are currently seeking a Finance Officer to join us based at Rouse Hill. Currently the role is on a part time basis of up to 24 hours per week and will suit an experienced candidate.

Role Overview

The Finance Officer will manage the financial aspects of our business including fortnightly timesheet processing of payroll, manage accounts receivable/payable and bookkeeping. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety,



thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to broaden their administrative and financial skill set. This is a stand-alone role and you will also work closely with our external Accountant.

Position Objectives

- Collect, interpret, and review financial information
- Ensure accuracy in financial data inputs
- Perform bank and other balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and reliable financial information

Key Accountabilities

- Process timesheet and payroll, including payroll tax and lodging IASs
- Receivables & Payables
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- P&L; and Balance Sheets
- Xero & MYOB:Proficient in Xero and MYOB for accounting, bookkeeping and payroll
- MS Office:Proficient skills in Excel, Word, and other Office applications
- Compliance Knowledge:Understanding of GST, payroll tax and completing statutory returns
- Kinderm8 & OWNA:Training will be provided on this industry specific childcare management platform
