About the role
Grow within our supportive team of five as our Letting Officer and Assistant Property Manager. Reporting to the Team Leader this role will be 34 hours per week, being 4 full weekdays and Saturday mornings, and includes
- Managing and conducting open homes
- Application processing
- Entry inspections
- Support of two Senior Property Managers with a variety of tasks

Skills and experience
- Certificate of Registration
- Organised and professional self starter
- Own car with full driver’s licence
- Proven experience in Property Management preferably in NSW
- Strong technology skills, AI skills beneficial
- Experience in PM systems and platforms (PropertyTree and Reapit highly regarded)
