Seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join our survey team and support the delivery of major civil construction projects across Sydney.

This is a hands-on role suited to a surveyor who can independently manage surveying requirements on a project, provide practical advice to the site team and support the development of junior surveyors.

The successful candidate will:

- Have robust experience in civil construction surveying and be able to independently manage project survey requirements
- Establish and maintain site survey control
- Complete construction set-out for roads, drainage, services, retaining walls, pavements and other civil works
- Complete pickups, work-as-executed surveys and conformance reporting
- Review survey results against the design, identify issues and provide clear feedback to the project team
- Prepare, review and update 12d survey and design models using 12d Field and 12d Model




- Confidently operate GNSS, total station and digital levelling equipment
- Complete drone surveys, data processing, volume calculations and progress reports
- Manage survey equipment and complete routine accuracy checks
- Plan and prioritise survey work in coordination with project teams
- Be organised, reliable and able to manage competing site priorities
- Support and mentor junior surveyors and less-experienced team members
- Hold a relevant surveying qualification, current Australian driver licence and Construction White Card

Experience with drone surveying, Agisoft, Virtual Surveyor, Topcon and Trimble machine-control systems will be highly regarded.
